New Business Development Manager see big opportunities for Marmox brand.
The recently appointed Southern Region Business Development Manager for insulation and bathroom specialist, Marmox, not only possesses ample experience in the industry, but also considers the manufacturer’s range to be ideally positioned to achieve growth through fulfilling specific client demands.
33 year-old Ryan Spencer spent two years at college studying electrical installations and construction management before switching to working full time and first became aware of products like Marmox Multiboard and other wetroom related innovations while working in the industry. Most recently Ryan held the role of Southern UK Manager for another manufacturer, which included looking after its agents and key accounts across the region.
Reflecting on his reasons for joining the company, Ryan said:

“After 10 years working within the construction industry, I have come to know Marmox as a highly respected global manufacturer. The company has an ambitious agenda for the UK market and there is definitely a lot more we can do to explore and work with all the different customers and merchants we have. Multiboard is a huge seller, but Thermoblock probably offers even more potential as a unique solution to thermal-bridging issues. I also believe that Fireboard is a product which will come into its own shortly due to changes in legislation, but still requires work on explaining the concept to specifiers. I will be covering the whole of the southern region, from East Anglia as far as the Midlands and across to Cornwall, including customers in Wales.”
Ryan and his partner have two daughters aged eight and eleven. When he isn’t spending time with his family or walking their two dogs, Ryan is a keen squash player as well as a fanatical follower of Newcastle United FC.
